The weekend workshop begins on Friday evening and runs all day on Saturday and Sunday (9:30 to 5:00) plus an optional evening session on Saturday depending on venue availability.

  • Discover common applications of the TTouch.
  • Practice the TTouch to gain an understanding of pressure, tempo and breathing.
  • Find out how TTouch can help you to overcome stress, reduce pain and enhance your overall sense of well-being.
